It was a very special week for the Sports Experience and for the athletes who were part of our U19 team. For the first time in history, a Brazilian team participated in the traditional Vancouver Whitecaps Showcase.
And our team did a great job. There were 6 games, 2 wins, 2 draws and 2 losses.
And the best, 10 of the 18 athletes returned home with proposals from North American universities.
In addition to the success of the sporting event, our athletes had the opportunity to experience a new country, a new culture, make new friends and have a lot of fun in Canada.
